| In addition to the work shown below, the Engineer came out and got all of the pictures and measurements he needed to do his structural analysis and recommendations. Dan and I also fixed the plumbing since it had some burst pipes and leaky joints. All is well now with the plumbing! I added a few more electrical covers on some junction boxes as well. |

| For picture worthy work, first I fixed the missing Handrail by putting a board over the hole to protect the kids, then I added the top rail cut from the old upright. | ||

| Next, Dan and I fixed the 2nd floor bath floor by removing the mixture of planks, plywood, and cement board and replaced it with 3/4" Tongue and Groove OSB. This set of pictures is the start to finish from the hall view. |
